Boyle's law states pressure of gas is inversely proportional to volume for a given amount of the gas and at a constant temperature. This statement can be rewritten as PV = k.
The equation of Boyle's law at two different conditions is as follows:
Where: P1 and P2 are the initial and final pressure, and V1 and V2 are the initial and final volume.
